Troubleshooting

No Available Account

Understand capacity and account selection errors.

No available accounts means AnyRoute could not select a usable upstream account for the request.

Possible causes:

  • The provider group has no active upstream accounts.
  • No account supports the requested model.
  • All matching accounts are temporarily rate-limited.
  • Account concurrency is full.
  • The request is pinned to a sticky session whose account is unavailable.

What to do:

  1. Try a small request with a known available model.
  2. Check the provider group and model mapping.
  3. Retry transient capacity errors with backoff.
  4. Use the Dashboard to inspect group availability.
