Troubleshooting
No Available Account
Understand capacity and account selection errors.
No available accounts means AnyRoute could not select a usable upstream account for the request.
Possible causes:
- The provider group has no active upstream accounts.
- No account supports the requested model.
- All matching accounts are temporarily rate-limited.
- Account concurrency is full.
- The request is pinned to a sticky session whose account is unavailable.
What to do:
- Try a small request with a known available model.
- Check the provider group and model mapping.
- Retry transient capacity errors with backoff.
- Use the Dashboard to inspect group availability.
