Codex Image Generation

Use Codex image generation through OpenAI Responses image_generation.

Codex image generation uses an OpenAI group and the Responses API.

If the Dashboard Use Key dialog offers a Codex image generation bridge, prefer that generated configuration. It keeps Codex using Responses while enabling image generation for supported models.

Use a model and group that support image generation. Some coding models may intentionally reject image tasks.

Use OpenAI-compatible image generation and edits through an OpenAI group.
